Covers procurement of Cisco telecommunications equipment under Cisco's Global US Price List, including networking hardware, maintenance agreements, and support services. Procellis Technology Inc. is an Authorized Reseller for this contract, available to Minnesota state agencies and all eligible Cooperative Purchasing Venture members with no separate solicitation required.

Eligible to purchase: State agencies & all CPV members

The Contract will be available to all State of Minnesota state agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. CPV members include every city, county, town, school district, service cooperative under Minn. Stat. § 123A.21, independent nonprofit firefighting corporation, other political subdivision of this state, federally recognized Indian Tribe, the University of Minnesota, the Minnesota Historical Society, historic preservation corps under paragraph (c) of Minn. Stat. § 471.59, nonprofit hospitals licensed under Minn. Stat. §§ 144.50 to 144.56, rehabilitation facilities and extended employment providers that are certified by the commissioner of employment and economic development, day and supported employment services licensed under Minn. Stat. Chapter 245D, and any agency of the state of Minnesota. This authority is referred to as the Cooperative Purchasing Venture program.

Scope of Offerings

  • The full suite of product, software, and service offerings on Cisco's Global US Price List
  • Exclusions apply for Partner Branded Support Services (TAC) and Partner Advanced Services
  • Refurbished equipment is in scope under this contract

Partner Services

  • Basic Installation and Configuration Services (subject to Contractor approval and certifications held by Fulfillment Partner)
  • Cisco Advanced Deliverable Based Services (see Exhibit A, Section 38 for full details)

Leasing & Financing

  • Cisco Capital or designated approved financing partner may extend leasing and financing to State Purchasers and CPV members
  • Terms and conditions of capital lease or financing arrangement are separately negotiated

  • Leasing and financing available through Cisco Capital or an approved financing partner under separately negotiated terms.

    Confirm your organization qualifies as a state agency, political subdivision, or eligible CPV member under Minnesota statute.

  2. Select Procellis as your Authorized Reseller

    Cisco requires purchase orders to be processed through an Authorized Reseller. Procellis Technology Inc. is a listed Authorized Reseller for Contract No. 260552.

  3. Issue a purchase order
