Authorizes IT-related professional and technical services through project-based engagements and staff augmentation under the MNSITE 2.0 program. Work is delivered via individually executed Work Order Contracts that define scope, deliverables, compensation, and timeline. A quarterly 1.00% administrative fee is remitted to the Office of State Procurement.

Eligible to purchase: MN executive agencies & MNSITE participants

This Master Contract is available to State of Minnesota executive branch agencies and other eligible Governmental Entities participating in the MNSITE Program, including Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members as authorized under Minnesota statute.

Pricing & Discount

Terms

Rates established at the Work Order level. No guaranteed minimum spend.

  • A quarterly 1.00% administrative fee is remitted to the Office of State Procurement based on total invoiced amounts.
  • Payment is based on satisfactory performance and acceptance.

How to Order

  1. Agency issues a solicitation under the MNSITE Program

    Procellis submits resource proposals in response to agency solicitations.

  2. Execute a Work Order Contract

    A Work Order Contract is executed between your agency and Procellis defining scope, deliverables, compensation, and duration. Work begins only after full execution and State notification.

  3. Reference the master contract

    Reference Contract No. 284987 (SWIFT) and Master Contract T-Number 23ASK on all Work Order Contracts and documentation.
